How do I place an order?
It's easy. Browse the product categories on the product page or use the search box on the top right of your screen if you know what you're looking for. Simply choose the product you want and. Head for the checkout then enter your details and follow the instructions for delivery and payment.
The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges.
The item I want is out of stock. Will you be getting more in stock?
Our back in stock page is where to find those dream items that you might have missed out on first time round. You could also contact us and tell us what products you liked and what you would like for us to restock.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment - Switch/ Maestro, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and American Express via PayPal.
We also accept PayPal payment. Please see www.paypal.com for information on PayPal payments.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard delivery orders to most areas of Mainland UK should arrive within 2-10 working days. Generally our international parcels will arrive within 7-28 working days.
Our pre-order items generally take 3 weeks but in some case can take up to 4-6 weeks.
Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over UK Bank Holidays detailed below:

Please allow an extra working day for deliveries over International Bank Holidays.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery prices can be calculated within the shopping cart once you have selected the items you wish to purchase.
All charges are made for your order in Pounds Sterling. Your card provider will apply the exchange rate when your card is charged.
How do I know you have received my order?
We’ll send you an email confirmation as soon as we have received your order. Once your order is dispatched you will receive another email so you’ll know when to expect it.
Can I change or cancel an order once I have placed it?
Unfortunately we can't change or cancel your order once we've received it - so please do make sure you're happy with everything when you confirm your purchase at checkout. If you would like to add an item you will need to place a separate order for anything else that you wish to purchase.
The item(s) I have received are faulty what do I do?
We're sorry that one of our products has become faulty or you are unhappy with the quality and we'd like to help you resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please contact us and we will look into your query as soon as possible.We will give you a exchange of the same product but if the product /your size is out of stock we will issue a refund.
I have received my order but would like to return it how do I do that?
Returns policy
We hope you will be delighted with everything you have bought from us, we only accept returns if the item is faulty.you can return them to us by post within 14 days from the receipt of goods. You are required to return faulty orders at your own cost. Refunds for faulty/damaged items will be credited your original method of payment.
• If you need to return your item(s) please do remember that you have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while you have them.
• You can open the packaging to look at and try on the products. Please ensure returns are properly packaged to prevent them from being damaged in transit.
• For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on pierced jewellery unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
• For combination purchases/ multibuys you must return any 'free' items back to us to process a refund.
• This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective products.
Have you received my returned goods?
You'll receive an email to notify you as soon as we have received, checked and processed your refund. In the unlikely event that you haven't received an email within 10 days of returning your items, please contact us.
How long will my refund take to process?
We will notify you when we've received your return and we aim to process exchange/refunds within 5 working days of receipt of your goods. The length of time it takes for the funds to appear in your account will depend on your payment provider/bank.
Why doesn't my refund include the delivery charge?
We will usually refund you what you paid for the goods but not the delivery charge except in cases where the entire order was cancelled within 7 day or if the entire order was faulty
